Our Story

A place that refuses to be just one thing.

We started with a simple frustration: why does a great coffee shop close at 2 and a great bar open at 5, leaving a gap where nothing good exists?

La Dyferenzia fills that gap. Same door. Same warm, sunlit space. Just a different rhythm depending on the hour.

By day, we're your neighborhood café — pour-over coffee, fresh pastries, and enough counter space to spread out a laptop. By night, the same space becomes something softer and slower, with a cocktail menu built for lingering.

Rich, full-bodied shot pulled from our house blend. The foundation of everything we make.

Cortado

Equal parts espresso and steamed milk. Smooth, balanced, and served in a small glass.

Pour Over

Single-origin, hand-poured. Rotating selection of regional and specialty roasters.

Cold Brew

Steeped 18 hours. Smooth, low-acid, and served over a large cube of clear ice.

Matcha Latte

Ceremonial-grade matcha whisked with your choice of oat or whole milk. Earthy and creamy.

Fresh Pastries

Butter croissants, lemon bundt, and rotating seasonal items — baked fresh every morning.
